1. General information<\/h2>

The Garage Sales project is an initiative conceived and managed by Noname Creative Sagl, with registered office at 6934 Bioggio, Switzerland, hereinafter \u201cNoname\u201d.<\/p>

The online platform www.garagesales.ch<\/a>, hereinafter the \u201cPlatform\u201d, allows the publication and consultation of events for the sale, exchange, or transfer of used goods organized by private individuals or other parties, hereinafter \u201cAdvertisers\u201d or \u201cSellers\u201d.<\/p>

Access to and use of the Platform imply full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.<\/p>

2. Scope of the service<\/h2>

The Platform has an exclusively informational and promotional purpose. Noname provides a digital space for the publication of advertisements relating to sales events, without taking any active role in their organization or execution.<\/p>

The publication of an advertisement does not constitute any guarantee of visibility, attendance, or success of the sale.<\/p>

3. Publication and moderation of content<\/h2>

Noname reserves the right to review, moderate, reject, or remove, at any time and at its sole discretion, advertisements or content that are:<\/p>

  • incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading<\/li>
  • contrary to applicable laws and regulations<\/li>
  • inappropriate or not compliant with the Platform guidelines<\/li><\/ul>

    Noname is not required to provide reasons for the rejection or removal of content.<\/p>

    4. Responsibility of advertisers<\/h2>

    Each Advertiser is solely responsible for:<\/p>

    • the information provided<\/li>
    • the organization of the event, including location, date, and opening hours<\/li>
    • the goods offered and their lawful origin<\/li>
    • the conditions of sale and payment methods<\/li>
    • compliance with applicable tax, administrative, and safety regulations<\/li><\/ul>

      List of goods that cannot be sold<\/h3>

      To ensure safety, legality, and transparency, the sale of the following goods and content is not allowed on the Platform.<\/p>

      1. Illegal or dangerous content<\/h3>
      • Weapons of any kind<\/li>
      • Drugs and narcotic substances<\/li>
      • Pornographic material<\/li>
      • Counterfeit or fake products<\/li>
      • Proceeds from illegal activities, including stolen goods<\/li><\/ul>

        2. Personal data and information<\/h3>
        • Private addresses and phone numbers<\/li>
        • Data relating to companies or organizations<\/li>
        • Digital assets without a physical counterpart, including NFTs and cryptocurrencies<\/li><\/ul>

          3. Specific products<\/h3>
          • Animals and plants, including live animals, protected species, or dog and cat skins<\/li>
          • Cultural property, including archaeological artifacts without legal documentation of origin<\/li>
          • Alcoholic beverages with an alcohol content above 70% or with unauthorized additives<\/li>
          • Food products, including cultivated meat, insects, raw milk or unpasteurized cheeses in accordance with applicable regulations, foie gras<\/li>
          • Hazardous materials, including flammable, corrosive, or magnetic substances not suitable for transport<\/li><\/ul>

            The sale of these goods is strictly prohibited. The Platform reserves the right to remove non compliant content and to suspend accounts that violate these rules.<\/p>

            5. Disclaimer of liability<\/h2>

            Noname does not act as an intermediary or contractual party in the relationship between Sellers and Buyers and shall not be held liable for:<\/p>

            • disputes between the parties<\/li>
            • direct or indirect damages arising from participation in events<\/li>
            • theft, accidents, or damage to persons or property<\/li>
            • errors, omissions, or service interruptions<\/li><\/ul>

              6. Intellectual property<\/h2>

              All content on the Platform, including texts, images, trademarks, and the site structure, is the property of Noname Creative Sagl or licensed to it.<\/p>

              Any reproduction without written authorization is prohibited.<\/p>

              7. Applicable law and jurisdiction<\/h2>

              These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law.<\/p>
